WEX has industry standard security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information. Consequently, when you transmit your personal information to us, you do so at your own risk.
Sharing your personal information

We may disclose your personal information if and as needed to administer the Funds, respond to your inquiries, comply with applicable law, operate the Website, or protect the rights, property, and safety of the Fund or others.
Trusted Service Providers
In addition to the technical and navigational information that WEX collects about your experience on the websites, these websites display personal information about you, such as your account balances and transactional activity. We and WEX place technical and procedural limits on who can access your personal information. We or WEX may sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples of such services include analyzing data, providing system monitoring and maintenance, marketing assistance (including direct and targeted marketing), and providing customer service. These Trusted Service Providers have access to selected personal information needed to perform their functions, but are not allowed to use it for other purposes. Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Further, effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) allows California residents to request access to the personal information that the business has collected about the consumer. Any claim relating to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and the FUND agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between us and you and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Site, its contents, and the subject matter of this Policy.
