Required Date of Distribution

Distribution of your Account to you must be made or begin by April 1 following the year in which you attain 70 1/2 (regardless of whether you have applied for the distribution or terminated employment).

Application for Distribution

You may apply for a distribution of your Account on account of your normal retirement at or after age 55, on account of your disability, or on account of your termination of employment. Generally, in order to receive a distribution of your Account on account of the termination, you must give evidence to the Trustees that you are not working at any crafts described in the CBA of participants of the fund and have not worked in such crafts in the jurisdictional areas serviced by the Plan for at least six (6) consecutive months prior to completing the application.
